Kindly note, our candles are hand-poured and made in small batches. Please allow 1-3 business days to prepare your order. (Preparation days are dependant on the size of the order).

Please read and check available stock before purchasing. Any large or special orders need to be communicated via email.

Please note, we cannot exchange complimentary items nor accept returns due to the "make to order" nature of our business. (Unfortunately, we don't do refunds).

We will be more than happy to replace any items that are damaged upon receiving them. (However, please note that due to the nature of candles and wax itself, they tend to be altered in appearance and flaws can be visible due to certain weather conditions and temperatures, which are out of our control).
